We at Tilly Rose Candles are committed to protecting our customers information, therefore we only take the amount of data needed to provide you with the service when shopping with us.
The data we collect is simply to allow us to process your order.
Other than processing your order we will only use the information you provide to us for newsletters if you have subscribed, however you do have the option to remove yourself from any mailing lists.
We will not disclose any information you share with us with third parties, other than to complete your order when arranging deliveries with postal or courier services.
Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Due to the current Covid-19 situation I am trying to limit the amount of contact with local collections and deliveries. We hope you understand.
If you do collect it will be solely doorstep collections at a suitable distance, 7 days a week between the hours of 9am-5pm.
Local deliveries will be made with prior arrangements with myself.
We aim to get to the post office for deliveries 1-2 times per week. We ship 2nd class signed for post with Royal Mail, deliveries will take between 3-5 working days this includes packing and shipping.
Shipping costs are kept to a minimum as low as we can possibly go.
Snap bars, wax melt pack and car air fresheners will be free of charge p&p.
Wax Melt burners and gift sets under 2kg will be £3.99 and anything over will be sent via Hermes.
